Orders Sent By Air
Orders sent by air exceeding $100USD will be charged customs duty or service charge of 30% plus the weight cost.
Orders under $100usd will only be charged by the weight only. All order invoices must be uploaded to ensure correct pricing is being charged.
Small Packages Cannot Be Sent Via Ocean
Small packages cannot be sent via ocean. Freight charges are $18 USD per cube.
Packages over $100 USD will be charged customs duty plus freight cost. Shipments by ocean will attract a processing fee if customs is charged.
A copy of customs assessment will be provided for payment before collection of ocean packages

We ship the following items via sea only:
Crates, Engines, D-Boxes, E Boxes, EH Boxes, Barrels, Large Appliances such as Refrigerator & Stoves etc., Washer, Dryer, Large furniture and large items measuring 10 cubes or more.
